Operational Infrastructure for Service Businesses

Run your service business without becoming the bottleneck.

Runox connects scheduling, field teams, GPS-powered operations, customer experience, billing and operational visibility in one system.

Built inside a real service business. Operating every day.

Developed inside a live service operation and used by the founding production tenant in daily field workflows.

Built in real field operations

Built inside a working service operation.

Runox was developed inside a live service operation where dispatch, crew time, field evidence, customer communication and billing must stay connected every day.

Used in daily operations by the founding production tenant, Runox was shaped by real scheduling, workforce, fleet, billing and service-delivery requirements—not by a generic workflow template.

The Thesis
An original Runox concept

The Founder Trap — when growth makes the business depend on you even more.

Scheduling, customer issues, field decisions, billing and follow-up keep returning to the owner. Runox moves operational knowledge, coordination and execution into one connected system.

LVL 01
Survival Operations

The business runs on effort. Phone calls, memory, real-time firefighting. The founder is the operating system.

LVL 02
Managed Operations

Tools appear: CRMs, spreadsheets, invoicing. Structure grows, but information lives in silos and visibility is partial.

LVL 03
Operational Infrastructure

Coordination, knowledge and execution flow through one connected system. The organization scales beyond any single person.

Ch. 02
Three Axes

Each axis eliminates a dimension of founder dependency.

Connected workflows across operations, billing, communications and reporting, organized under three axes of Operational Infrastructure.

Axis 01
Operational Coordination

Scheduling, dispatch, routing, workforce and field execution in one connected system.

Axis 02
Financial Intelligence

Operations and finance connected through recorded job, team, route and billing context.

Axis 03
Growth Intelligence

AI-assisted communications, retention workflows and lead research with human review.

Ch. 03
The Pipeline

From first call to live P&L — one deterministic pipeline.

Operational records can move through one connected lifecycle instead of being rebuilt across disconnected tools.

Connected lifecycle

One operational record from lead to payment.

Runox connects the lifecycle from customer request and quote through scheduling, field execution, service evidence, billing, payment and reporting. Instead of rebuilding the story of a job across separate tools, teams work from a connected operational record.

Field & Kiosk

The same fabric — in the truck, on the wall, in the hand.

Connected surfaces for crews, drivers and on-site kiosks, designed around shared operational records.

Designed for crew-based service operations.

Runox is designed for businesses where teams share vehicles, complete recurring or route-based work, capture time on shared field devices and need reliable evidence of what happened on site.

The current operational model is optimized for crew-and-vehicle workflows. Technician-dispatch trades such as HVAC and plumbing are not currently offered as production-ready verticals.

Questions & Answers

What is Operational Infrastructure?
The coordinated system that turns people, information, decisions and execution into organizational capability. Not a tool — a fabric. Read the full thesis at runox.app.
How does getrunox.com relate to runox.app?
runox.app publishes the category and manifesto. getrunox.com is the Runox product site — the platform, how it works, and how to apply for the pilot program.
What industries is Runox built for?
Runox is currently validated in cleaning operations and designed for crew-based service businesses that share teams, vehicles, recurring work and on-site evidence requirements. Its operational core is adaptable to selected adjacent sectors including landscaping, facility maintenance, pest control, pool service, snow removal, painting, pressure washing, junk removal and security patrol, subject to phased configuration and controlled onboarding. Technician-dispatch trades such as HVAC and plumbing are not currently offered as production-ready verticals.
How is Runox different from a generic CRM?
Runox is not a CRM with add-ons. It is one operational fabric — coordination, financial intelligence and growth intelligence — designed together and used daily inside its founding production operation.
Do I need to replace my tools day one?
Not necessarily. Migration scope and sequencing are evaluated during onboarding. Capabilities can be introduced progressively to support operational continuity.
Is my data isolated?
Runox is designed as a multi-tenant platform with company-scoped access controls, role-based permissions and operational audit records.
Where is Runox today?
Runox operates daily inside its founding production tenant, a Southwest Florida cleaning-service operation. Unrelated operators are evaluated through a controlled, invitation-based pilot process.
Operational measurement categories

What Runox measures.

These are operational categories the platform can measure. They are not numerical outcome claims or universal results across operators.

01Request-to-dispatch time
02Crew and field activity
03Work-order completion
04Service-evidence completeness
05Job completion-to-invoice time
06Billing and payment status
07Route and vehicle activity
08Operational and job-level profitability visibility
Responsible scale and data controls

Built to scale with control.

Runox is a production multi-tenant operational platform designed with company-scoped access controls, role-based permissions, operational audit records and connected payment, messaging and mapping workflows.

Built for controlled multi-company operations, production-ready capabilities, configuration-ready workflows and roadmap items are represented separately, so teams can adopt Runox through a controlled and transparent rollout.

Pilot Program

Apply to run your operation on Runox.

Many crew-based service businesses manage scheduling, dispatch, field work and billing across disconnected tools and manual processes. Runox is designed to bring those workflows into one connected operational system.

Early-access participants evaluate workflow fit, onboarding requirements and operational measurement categories in a controlled environment.
